Seven antique two-sided illuminated manuscripts. All seven with Persian script on both sides, and a finely detailed hand-painted gouache illustration on the other side. All done on what appears to be hand-made paper. Each measure approximately 13.375-in. x 8.875-in. sheet size. Mat window sight-size ranges from 7.625-in. x 4.75-in. to 11.125-in. x 6.5-in. All unframed, with custom mat (16.5-in. x 11.5-in.). All hinge mounted, not glued to mat. Each image is protected by a cellophane sheet covering mat window opening.
