NASA vintage original photograph AS11-40-5875. Blue letters/numbers top right margin. Watermark "A Kodak Paper" verso". Just discovered and has been stored boxed with no exposure to light. Astronaut Edwin E. Aldrin Jr., lunar module pilot, poses for a photograph beside the deployed United States flag during Apollo 11 extravehicular activity on the lunar surface. The Lunar Module "Eagle" is on the left. The footprints of the astronauts are clearly visible in the soil of the moon. This picture was taken by Astronaut Neil A. Armstrong, commander, with a 70mm lunar surface camera. Processed by NASA’s photographic laboratories shortly after the date of the scene depicted. On glossy, double-weight paper, this vintage NASA photograph is printed on fiber-based photographic paper, 20.4 x 25.5 cm (8.0625 x 10 in). VG-EX/EX condition with small creases and bumps at corners.

RARE The Baby Engine Model Airplane Engine

The Baby Engine model airplane engine, Stamford, Connecticut. In 1911, the Baby engine appeared in the US. A large engine with a 2.67 cu. in. displacement (cid), weighs 3.75 pounds with its 17.125-in propeller. It was advertised at .5 hp. The Baby was available in inline two-, three-, and four-cylinder configurations. The Baby used a bronze, bushed, split-aluminum crankcase, a cast-iron cylinder bolted to the lower case, a three-ringed aluminum piston, a carburetor with a float, and side-port, piston-timed induction.
